We look at opportunistic investments in vineyard acquisitions, direct-to-consumer and operations heavy industry support.
We focus on vertical integration that captures attractive full-chain margins from these acquisitions; while fostering the industry focus on sustainability.

Global CEO
Through his 25+ years of experience across food, beverage, and consumer goods industries, Kevin has founded and led several companies as a strategic innovator and growth catalyst – from land to brand. Kevin has consistently pushed innovation in the wine industry as a founder, advisor and senior executive at groups such as TastingRoom.com, Lot18.com and Firstleaf, three of the largest DTC wine companies in the U.S. as well as CustomVine, a global producer of custom wine and beverages for global 5-star restaurants and hospitality groups. Kevin started his career In senior executive roles for global hospitality companies such as Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Walt Disney, Inc. representing over $1B in ARR. His expertise across companies has led to the streamlining of operations seeing substantial reduction in COGS, expanding sales through multichannel growth, consistent growth of topline revenue and cultivation and fostering of strategic partnership across industry players.

Will founded West Pike in 2023 with Kevin Boyer and serves as the CEO of Rose Lake Capital which he founded in 2021 to advise global businesses and startups. Will Hailer spent almost two decades rising within the leadership ranks of politics in the United States - ultimately serving as the Senior Advisor to the Chairman at the Democratic National Committee.
He spearheaded a nationwide $25 million multichannel ad campaign, elected Doug Jones to the United States Senate, managed a team of over 350 as the Executive Director of the Texas Democratic Party and oversaw the successful restructuring of a national $250 million organization.

Chief Operating Officer
Seasoned Global Operations Executive with over two decades of experience in leading operational and supply chain functions across various industries worldwide. He has a strong track record in organizational restructuring, M&A integration, and continuous improvement, consistently driving efficiency, profitability, and strategic growth. His recent role as Head of Operations at Vintage Wine Estates involved overseeing production, operations, and wine/cider making, while as COO at Greenlane, he managed global operations, strategy, supply chain, logistics, technology, facilities, and HR. Rodrigo played a pivotal role in merging KushCo with Greenlane, leading OPS synergies post-merger. With a background including sr. leadership positions at Nike (Accessories), Brightstar (a SoftBank Group Corp.), General Electric, and Oakley (EssilorLuxottica), Rodrigo combines extensive supply chain transformation and global logistics expertise. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Rodrigo holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and executive education from MIT.

Director of Capital Markets
Jack leads the Capital Markets team at West Pike, bringing a strong background in finance, capital raising, and strategic communications. He works closely with investors and stakeholders to foster transparency and drive long-term value creation.Before joining West Pike, Jack led Investor Relations and Capital Raising at Evvolve & Partners. During his tenure, he established and grew the capital-raising division, building an extensive network of strategic investor relationships that propelled the firm’s growth.
Prior to Evvolve, Jack was a Venture Capital Analyst at LvlUp Ventures and SoundBoard Venture Fund, where he sourced and curated investment opportunities across diverse industries. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Business Analyst at Chapman Eastway in Sydney, Australia, honing his expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis.
Jack holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware. His ability to navigate the intersection of finance and investor engagement makes him a key leader in shaping West Pike’s growth and investment strategy.

Chief Commercial Officer
Cole is an initiative-taking and experienced business leader specializing in contributing strategic direction and operational excellence.
Cole most recently served as SVP and Chief of Staff of Vintage Wine Estates, Inc. where he led the firms’ commercial and strategic agendas. This included spearheading strategic commercial partnerships, tactical execution of value-creating commercial agreements, and business development initiatives, gaining market share and driving revenue growth. In addition, Cole presided over the firm’s Chapter 11 corporate restructuring process after diagnosing major financial and operational challenges, stabilizing operations, optimizing liquidity and positioning stakeholder groups to ensure a seamless transformation process.
Prior to his time as SVP and Chief of Staff of Vintage Wine Estates, Inc. Cole succeeded at VaynerX as Executive Vice President of Tingley Lane Trading, where he led day-to-day operations. He also identified and pursued profitable business solutions for Tingley Lane Trading’s customer base, including having full P&L responsibility. Further, he refined business strategies, analyzed market data to spearhead transformative initiatives, improved operations and identified acquisition targets. Cole successfully scaled the firm’s revenue from inception to exceed eight figures, while delivering constant year-over-year growth.

Assistant Director of Capital Markets
Nick specializes in capital markets focused on private credit, equity and debt, leveraging his investment banking and venture capital background while driving lasting value. Before joining West Pike, Nick worked as a Vice President at Evvolve & Partners, where he managed fundraising efforts and identified promising investment opportunities. Previously, as an Analyst at Galaxy Venture Capital, he played a key role in securing over $120 million in funding across AI, healthcare, and technology. His expertise spans due diligence, market analysis, and financial structuring. Nick began his career at Blackmore Partners, where he analyzed industries, assessed investment prospects, and built relationships with investors. He also has entrepreneurial experience, having founded and managed successful businesses, further demonstrating his ability to drive growth. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami, is an accredited investor, and holds Series 65, Series 63, and Series 82 and SIE certifications. His expertise in financial analysis, investor relations, and capital markets makes him a key contributor to West Pike’s growth and investment strategy.
